Everyone say Staff here is rude and partial and that's absolutely true. Above all "They hesitate to provide you bills for medicine and ultrasound if u need bill u have to visit them in the evening" they say abhi bill nikalne wala nahi aya hai sham ko ayega. And even in the evening they say note kar lete hai ap baad me le jana. After one month they ultimately say ab nahi mil sakta purane bill sare CA ke paas chale gaye hai. In case you have to claim your bills from office it's not a place to visit. We visited here for my wife pregnancy Consulation by Dr. Anjana Koul who is soft spoken and good. In between my wife was diagonised with complication of low amniotic fluid and Dr. Anjana was helpless and after that she stop taking consultation due to covid and we have to look for another doctor in 6th month of preganncy. Thankfully dr. Jyoti hak came to our rescue .when she done scans she find a situation that due to excess IV intake which is prescribed by Dr. Anjana there is excess water in baby's heart and because of which heart valve not properly function. She immediately stops iv fluid and also changes the medicine at that point of time we came to know previous dr. was giving us useless/excess local non branded medicines which you will get at their clinic only . Dr. Anjana is good but patient's pain is the last thing she is worried about And she don't take patients call you have to call her 3-4 time or leave a message on what's app of you are lucky she will reply you. Friends i don't want to be a bad mouth for divine clinic but I am just sharing my experience which you should consider before going divine clinic because . pregnancy is priceless it should not go through the hand of careless.

Despite of very good doctors the, the overall experience is pathetic. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Despite of a 10:15 appointment here I'm waiting till 12:30. What is the sense of an appointment then? The time of a visitor is as important as the doctor's. Also when you try to book an appointment you get silly response that they book appointments for the whole week on Sundays. Irrespective of the need of the patient suffering.

Pathetic staff, they treat elderly people badly. They allow only one person with patient in the building, other family members have to sit in the open area in the sunlight in 30-35degC... Regardless of the age of those family members. Pathetic and rude staff... Even security guard talks very rudely

Pathetic staff and doctors,they don't even care about the patients even in case of emergency....don't even deserve 1 star.....

My experience was pathetic here, they don't even hv water cooler for drinking water. Definitely, will not visit in future here.

Working staff is very rude and unprofessional Gynecologist is very poor i will take zero star.
