My experience at Dinhata College was nothing short of enriching. From the moment I set foot on the campus, the academic ambiance and the vibrant student life were evident. Dinhata College (DC), Cooch Behar was established in 1956. The college is providing the value-based education and as well as promoting social, cultural and moral values with a view to uplift the status of personal and professional life. The college is associated with well experienced teachers to enlighten the students. The college is recognized by the UGC under 2(f) & 12(b) and is well equipped with all modern facilities. The college is affiliated to the North Bengal University, established in 1962 with a goal to disseminate knowledge to fulfill growing socio-economic and technical manpower needs in the six North Bengal districts. This was the first university in the region and has played a pioneering role since inception in spreading higher education. But now the college is for politics and political issues.

I am from this college. This couldn't be Dream collage for anyone. It will disappoint you in every steps. Worstly politically exposed and dengerous. Fight between political parties always happened their. Last year one boy was killed. Ground conditions is very bad. Room conditions and facilities are also worse. Not a peaceful place. I was a science student of this college. I have made some good friends . Let's see you. This is not dream collage for anyone . If you have another choice go for . You will not receive any respect from the collage. I was 3 year but there was no any culture function no sports in last 3 years. Only political blasts.

Big play ground and beside classroom are situated...also there is a canteen where you get awesome food.The college held so many cultural function.

I was a student of Physics Department of Dinhata College. This collage was established in 1956.

It is better collage in local region. But it need soooo many improvements. This is not dream collage. It is worst in political matters. This collage is good only math subject. Otherwise it will disappoint you in every step.
