Went to Zakaria Street during Eid and had some delicious food from Dilli 6. The kebab and Sahi Tukda were mouth watering. Saw the whole process of making the kebab. Thus, it was a nice experience. I think I might go there on a normal day also to be able to try some more items.

Dilli 6 is a famous restaurant located on Zakaria road in Kolkata. Every dish here is great. The most popular are various types of kebabs. Apart from kebabs, there are many types of chicken and mutton dishes available here. All are undoubtedly great and at affordable prices. I visited here during Ramadan, it was very crowded. There was outside seating. Overall this is a perfect restaurant for non-vegetarians.

One Of My Favorite Place For Kabab Very Yummy Taste

I recently visited there and while the food was good, I was disappointed with the atmosphere and service. The restaurant had a small dining area with limited seating and a basic decor that lacked any significant charm or appeal. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a disinterested server who didn't seem to care much about my presence. It took a while for me to get seated, and once I was, the server was inattentive and didn't provide me with any menu suggestions or recommendations. However, the food was the saving grace of the restaurant. I ordered their famous Chicken Biryani and it was delicious. The biryani was packed with flavor and had a good amount of chicken pieces. The portion size was generous and I felt satisfied after finishing the meal. Additionally, the prices of the food were reasonable and affordable. Unfortunately, the lackluster atmosphere and poor service detracted from my overall experience. The tables were unclean and the restaurant had a general lack of hygiene. The server didn't bother to check on me during my meal and seemed to be preoccupied with other tasks. The ambiance was also not great, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating arrangements. In conclusion, while the food at the Chicken Special restaurant was good, the atmosphere and service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a dine-in experience, but it might be worth trying for takeout if you're craving some good biryani.

Location: On Zakaria St, closest metro station is Central. It's a 10mins walk through narrow lanes from Central metro. Ambience: Just three tables in a very small room without any door, open room facing the street, single fan, basic clean, shabby waiter. Open kitchen on the footpath, no washroom, the basin is on the footpath. Service: Only packaged drinking water available, nobody to ask for the order, you need to shout to get the attention of someone, but after placing the order the service is fast, nobody will give you the bill, you need to go to the cash counter and pay. Ordered: * Chicken Afghani: Quarter plate Rs 180, roasted chicken pieces in a gravy of butter and cream, very tender chicken, gravy was creamy, very flavourful and tasty. 10/10 * Rumali Roti: Per piece Rs 15, very thin and soft roti. * Salad: Free, onion slices and a chutney made of curd and pudina, very tasty and perfect accompaniment to the food. Overall, excellent food! However, the ambience is quite humble but clean. Highly recommended!

Food quality is good, tasty. Very quick service. Food items are not so hygenic. It's mainly a street stall. They have a very small sitting room with 3 tables. They arrange some chair-tables on footpath during Ramadan.

I went to Dilli6 which is located to Zakaria Street.. Place was too crowded.. There are few seat arrangements to sit and eat.. We ordered Afghani Chicken and Falooda.. Afghani chicken was made with lots of butter and it was delicious.. you must try their dessert item's like Falooda, Lassi,Shahi Firni..

I visited Dilli 6 zakaria Street outlet on a Ramadan evening. The place was too crowded to stand for a long hour. Any way, we bought several items from the shop and the taste was outstanding. I really love the taste of their chicken items. They tried their best to serve ASAP. But, the crowd was heavy for the night.
