I love his approach towards his patients, but if you need to leave the hospital by lunch, you must arrive very early. It's always crowded, and sometimes there's no clarity in the token system. So, be patient.
Irresponsible doctor and team.they say dr will come at 4:45 and when we reach there on time till 6:30 he dr doesn't come making people wait and especially sr.citizens no respect for people's time they don't even give proper appointments so that the load of people and flow can be managed better rather it's just walking service as if it's a hotel instead of a hospital
Diagnose excellent. Comparatively test recommended by the doctor according to necessity of the patient. Appointment to the doctor is somewhat tuned in such away to suit the patient.
Wat is the use of doctor Prem kumar being polite and kind with highly irritating and *rude* staffs. Pl teach them to be kind with patients.. Very harsh with old age people too.
Prem sir's approach was in polite manner but because of the staff my experience in that clinic was become worst. Even in simple doubt as wat are the test tat should be taken which were recorded in file nd pay for the test they didn't even care to answer and said u can consult with doctor and worst is they simply throwing the file didn't even give a ounce of responce. Are we have to wait for doctor to clarify tat simple doubts At 7.10 am .. Though doctor is good in treatment bt this kind of staffs wil makes to think chng the clinic.
