I got my gallbladder stone surgery on 10.10.2023. It was done by Dr kuldeep dhawan. It was done perfectly. I feel very comfortable. My overall experience was very good about doctor and all staff. Dr. Kuldeep Dhawan is extra caring. The nursing staff is very polite and caring. They take good care of the patient. The staff on night duty is very caring. The nursing care team is superb. Miss. Anuradha, Miss Deepika, Miss Manpreet, Dr. Shikha were superb. They show empathy towards the patient. The technician Sarban is also very nice. In the end Dr. Dhawan had a superb care team. Very caring staff. A big thank you to Dr Dhawan for taking care of my Dad's case with utmost professionalism. We went to fortis and they were completely useless and charged heaven and earth without giving any explanation and were very rude when asking. Very unprofessional and rude staff... Visited Dhawan Hospital only for blood transfusion...my mother was admitted on 2 Oct... On the very next day we want to done chest xray as my mother is already under treatment with pgi, my sister used to tell the staff early in the morning for chest xray..after enquiring on reception the nurse named Mandeep came to the room and shouted very badly that why are you going to reception u have to tell me.. As it was already informed by my sister ... I told her about it... After 2-3 minutes of gap another nurse came and aggressively she pull the bed on upper side and told that you have to rest in this position..after that my mother was in pain as she hardly moves What kind of a behaviour was this with a 4th stage cancer patient. If you can't deal a patient softly then don't admit a high risk patient in the hospital Totally unsatisfied with this.. Not recommended at all...
