One of the largest showroom for tiles in Salem.Well organised,Product knowledge and suggestions from the staffs are really great. we can get better price here compared to the competitors as these ppl are having many products as super distributors. The showroom is very clean and well organised. Highly recommended

Worst service. Kumarasen the sale guy's behaviour is very bad. Provided wrong joint paste, for the return they took more than 2 hours. Worst exchange procedure. They asked us to buy new powder by paying the amount and after returning the product in the godown we need to comeback to the showroom and get back the amount. Waste of time and money in this show room.

Looking for a star below one.. Such a unethical behaviour, the only commitment they have is while collecting money from customer. We were not informed about the unavailability of tiles during billing, very nasty behaviour and worst satisfaction ever . Very painful process to get delivery and all fake promises made during purchase. Never to deal with these cheap people again.some were not delivered and even that was not intimated.

Not customer friendly. I paid 2L for tiles for a delivery after 15 days. On the day of delivery they said i need tiles for 2k more. So I called them and said Send the tiles and I will hand over cash to the driver. But they are not ready to send unless i pay 2k in advance before shipment. They had 2 lakh of my money for 15 days before delivery and not ready to trust customer for 2K for few hours.

Worst service.... Too costly... not customer friendly... staff behaviour is rude and unresponsive.

This showroom specific for natural stones and something similar to natural stones. They have a very good display with different designs especially for the stairs. If you give the size then they will do customisation. The cost seems to be on the higher side, but the finish is very good. Besides you can purchase the granites as slabs on various sizes upto 10x6 feet. Good collection of different colors and designs to choose.

We are thinking *Dharan* tiles are one of the best tiles showroom in Salem city , Before booking customer service executives are working properly but after booking the way of customer handlings are so worst no one responded in properly. I'm paid the cash yesterday evening but still we didn't receive the item I'm called continues no one responded and said full of lie they are expecting cash only, if they receive the cash don't care of customer. My suggestion please don't consider this showroom .
