During my two-day stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel's location was convenient, and the amenities offered were satisfactory. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
We stayed for 2 nights and were quite happy. It was a big room with all facilities. The washroom was also clean and we got 24 hours of hot water.

If the property owner is receiving this message, request you to provide a reachable contact details. In a service providing business, there is no point if people cant reach out via call/email/chat support. I have a booking at this hotel and i am yet to travel.
Rooms were good, they are providing plates for outside food. Room service boy was helpful, they are doing whatever we ask for. It is in the centre of all the tourist place and we can consider to pay 1500. The only thing is the person sitting in Reception, he was very rude to us. Myself and my husband went there. He asked Aadhar card for verification and again he asked whether we both were working in same office and why the adhar card addresses are different. Then we told him we are married and he kept quiet.
For the price the rooms were neat and clean. But the door lock was a headache and only one towel was there for two people. So they can improve the lock and the number of towels
Room is Good and service is worst. They Need to fill room , but no service or needed for customer is provided. Per room for 4 they charged 2400/- per day by they not provided us a soap,shampoo paste and brush. No compliements
AC was not working- spent whole night w/o AC despite complaining 3 times.
Perfect stay for us. Neat and clean rooms. Worth for money. Staffs are polite and good. Housekeeping is available in just 1mins at 11.30pm. AC, TV, water heater all are works perfectly. They provide plates for outside foods. Overall it's Above average stay in Pondicherry. I Preferred this hotel. I don't see any drawbacks...
