Our flight to Goa( south) was in the night so we were looking for a decent place to stay near by the airport just for that one night as we were anyway going to stay in some fancy resort in North Goa from the next day. So we randomly found this resort on google with an average rating and cheaper rates and booked it. As we arrived we were shocked to see how beautiful the property is.. when we entered the room it looked so warm and welcoming it was so big, clean and beautifully done interiors which made it look royal. We were not expecting that such a good place it would be. It was indeed a luxury stay. View from balcony was so calming. We didn't feel like vacating the room and go.

We loved the stay at this property as the staff was so courteous and caring.extremely beautiful property well maintained with all requirements( beautiful rooms, bathrooms .The service was point as the staff members are very kind and helpful Highly recommended this place We just did not want to vacate the place as we loved the place so much

Rooms were big but because of low Maintainance smell of walls was less desirable ,also no good beach near by. No food to order in the hotel was disappointing

I highly recommend this resort. It has everything u ask for: swimming pool, bathtub, etc. The room was neat and clean, spacious, super comfortable and have a TV, sofa, mini bar/kitchen, balcony, etc. Security guards especially the one in the morning shift was soft spoken and was very helpful and so was the cleaning staff. Thank you Devasthali team.

I highly recommend this place, if you are looking to stay near the airport. Pros: Spacious room, bathtub, mini bar/kitchen, mini refrigerator, super clean pool, room service, security. Cons: It is away from the main road and in a secluded area, floor tiles were loose and broken, and the mobile and wifi network was weak. I especially thank the morning shift security guard who was so cooperative and helpful and also the cleaning staff. This resort falls in the middle of South and North goa. Rental bikes available near Bagmalo beach.

The place looks beautiful, but it's toooo noisy. You will get a small river view with a lot of coconut trees. This place is a service apartment with a view. You can enjoy and relax. This place is close to 2 beaches Bogmalo and Hollant Beach. House is as shown in the photos. Rooms are big.

To summarize my experience here, it was the worst place I ever stayed at. Dilapidated condition of the rooms was not worth the amount I spent ($82) booking it. Everything was either falling apart or dirty. Take my word for it and please don't waste your money. To get more details, continue reading. I booked a family room which has 2 bedrooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly but badly managed the property. Upon entering the room I was greeted by a strong smell of toilet cleaner. The rooms were not maintained, and have wooden panels that are falling apart. The floorboards in master bedroom were coming apart (check pictures). The bathrooms and dining area were not clean. There were exposed wires behind the bedside tables. There was no shower screen so water went everywhere in the bathrooms. The living room area had worn out couch and chairs (check pics). All in all this place is not worth the money it costs.
