Deshbandhu Park is located at Shyambazar,Kolkata, West Bengal. A beautiful park in North kolkata for every age group of people. It is a multipurpose Park, it has Tennis, football, cricket academies are present inside the park, which will definitely attract aspiring sportspersons and young kids to visit the place. Tha park also have a huge swimming complex and Unisex Gym. It is well maintained but could have been better. It has separate park for ladies, Training facility for foot ball, Cricket Swimming , Karate , etc. Best time to visit is morning time or evening..
Very beautiful place for mind fresh ground is surrounded by greeneries that's an eye soothing , many sports activity such as cricket, lone tennis, football camp, swimming are here you can take admission in any sports club and keep your body fit and healthy

It's my childhood entertainment destination, was really a good, pleasant destination for every child, parents and health conscious person. Had a big pond for swimming training, the ambiance was peaceful, well shaped trees, clean track, huge dustbins, beautiful benches surrounding the pond for good time pass. At present all facilities like swimming pool, gym, cricket club, football club, tennis club are there as like as past but the ambiance becomes very poor. The dirty fields, unorganised trees, dirty benches, the pond have been parted in four. It is very painful for us that we can't maintain the park properly. Now it's a mosquito entertainment park.
