Hi, I have very worst experience in this show room there is no responsible person and there is no qualified person in front office.I paid 2k only for system switched on.If we raised the questions there is no proper response from the front office. I felt very bad experience so i should not suggest any one to this showroom.

They are just ending the call as soon as the call gets connected. Waste of having telephone.

Salesperson are good and will be recommended to buy laptops and also they after sales service

I purchased Dell laptop last year September within 8 months now my laptop is not switching on. When enquired in showroom and service center no proper response. After calling Dell customer care they say charging pin or mother board problem. Laptop not even one year old having so much problem.

Good service and explanation by the sales executive. But when I try to contact him, it connects to another showroom. Kindly change it correct number. The laptops which is displayed in the showroom should change to the current models. Otherwise the service is so good. The showroom is located at super hotspot at Alagesan road, Saibaba Colony. The view of the showroom is very attractive and it makes customers to walk-in to the showroom.

It was absolutely fantastic experience and Mr Selvam was really very helpful and informative. And PROCESSING time was very short Thank you.
