Avoid this store. They are contrary to the brand's reputation. While dell is one of the most customer friendly brands, this store on the other hand is one of the worst stores you'd ever visit. If you experience the same don't forget to let others know with a strong review. Hope they learn to behave themselves once they realize the decreasing footfalls in their store. Poor behavior towards customers for no reason is never acceptable.

Good laptops are available here very cheaply, I have bought 3 laptops for my house from now till now. The manager here is very nice. He gives good service as he speaks well. I will ask everyone to get a laptop from now on. The owner Jayant Bose is a very nice man, he has treated us very well. It is not possible to show a calm and humble person like him. He is a social man.

Dell laptop and desktop are available. Good location. Emi facilities are available. Staffs are good. All new brands are available. Pricing is little high. Tally internet price before purchase. Dell service centre is just opposite of the showroom. Fully air-conditioned showroom.
