I had been staying here for almost one and a half months and I am super happy with the ambience, amenities and hospitality. This place is surrounded with awesome garden which made the apartment cooler than any other adjacent residences. I had been to many service apartments, but the facilities provided by this service apartment is the best.

Nice and clean stay. Staffs are friendly and good follow up from the owner as well.

Our experience at Delight Residences was very pleasant and awesome. I had almost booked all the four apartments for a family function. It was a reunion after the corona phase. Bharathi Ma'am and her staff made it very comfortable for us. They were very flexible and understanding considering the amount of people we had inhouse. The caterer she referred with a personal touch to be mentioned, she completely understood our requirement and accordingly suggested. All my Chennai folks loved it and have taken the reference. Ours was a memorable stay. We felt at home

It is a very nice homestay, clean, well maintained, very cozy, pocket friendly. Only bad exp was one of the cleaning staff was very rude, had to complain to owner.
