Deepam Medfirst Hospital - Private hospital in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

For an emergency, my father was admitted to this hospital at night. Initially, they started the treatment quickly, and they were pushed to be admitted to the ICU. By the next day, they are taking unseen multiple tests. In this big hospital, there is no scan center. They separately arranged for an ambulance to take the scan center. for this ambulance charge is Rs 800. He was admitted to this hospital in just 3 days. They charged 72k for cold wheezing. Treatment is not worth the money. one doctor said his lungs doctor wanted to check his health condition. the doctor has not yet come for 2 days . but they are charging an amount for an unnecessary test. Please don't take middle-class people to this hospital. Finally, we went to one clinic in Velachery. We paid approximately 5k. He was cured within 3 days. They are looking for only money. not for the patient.

Excellent Service Overall. Handled our D&C case very patiently and answered all our questions without fail. From doctors, Nurse, billing staff to insurance staff and care taking staff everyone were very friendly. Especial thanks to Doctor Devi Genuine feedback.Thank you team.

Appointment will not be given properly. Waiting hall is not clean. No Precautionary measure followed here. Worst nursing service. They do not have ortha weel chair. They will say 30mins but makes you wait for hours.

The doctors are truly caring and they make us stay strong during the procedure and assured us positively about Mom & Child's health. I personally felt good on the staff service including administration, billing, nurses, ward services, housekeeping and everyone were very supportive and helped us a lot during our stay at the hospital. Overall it was a great experience.

Staffs are cooperative. Treatment is good. Clean rooms with scheduled services. Food is best suited and appears to be a home made and esp veggies are boiled rather than fried which is good for health

Located in Pallikaranai near to Jeyachandran textiles.First we will need to see the casuality or emergency doctor later with the appointment we can see the doctors. Overall good hospital in the busy area

One of the worst hospitals that I visited. I waited for 30 mins, it's OK if I don't meet the doctor after 30 mins, I was not even able to get my name entered. There were about 5 nurses in the waiting room, who were not engaged but did not care to take entries. If the doctor is not available please convey it to ur patients. I just waited for an unavailable doctor beleiving the receptionist
