Situated very close to the Arunachaleswarar Kovil, this hotel serves simple Tamilian food all the day. From idlies, dosais, vadais, pongals and pooris in the morning to rice meals in the afternoon to porottas in the evening, they serve the most sought after dishes of Tamil people. I give them 10/10 in maintenance -- from hygiene to Q&Qs.

Located at prime place just opposite to the temple complex. Hotel Deepam is pure Vegetarian hotel, serves predominantly south Indian style dishes in menu. We had lunch - a south indian rice meal it was delicious and of good quality. They served it hot and fresh, in traditional banana leaves. They also had friendly and quick service. Would be good option to dine during the visit to temple. Food was priced fair. Parking a car could be tricky on "car street" so park in nearby side lane.
