Worst experience ever I had from deedi motors..Trivandrum. Trapped at a hilly area and called em for breakdown assistance and sented video what happed they said my sensors were damaged and if they want to come I want to pay about 3500 for towing amd 4000 for the spare....i contacted local workshop and cleared the problem for 600 inr rupees that time I realised don't thesee scammers for break down assistance.

Met with car accident recently and went for repair. Started with low estimates and price varied 20-30%. There was painting charge for 8500 (Insurance) + 9000 ( for other parts there was prior damages) & they didn't paint car completely. Now thinking, painting alone would've been given to local workshops to save money.

start with a lower service estimate and later the estimates will go up and up based on the target set by management . Finally get a bill which is thrice than original one. No other ASC in the area makes it bad situation for GM customers Recently I got a quote of 14000 for coolent leak and some minor items .same I done it outside for 5200 with all parts. Look at the level of robbery

Good service info for searching a car details. Very quick and supportive staff. Don't know about the quality of service and availability of parts ..

Please don't ever buy from deedi...went for a free service and later they quoted about 1 lakh worth of service and parts. Extremely unprofessional. Chevrolet produces so called lemon vehicles prone to breakdown after 20k kms. So think before buying a Chevy.

Mechanic is good, huge waiting time, expensive and AC works are not so good
