In the medium budget segment, this is one of the best hotel available with walking access to Railway Station, Main Market and Complex as well. Staff is nice, ambience is good and overall stay is just wow. You can get the hotel booked for personal, professional, marriage and other uses as well. Hotel is also having a restaurant and you can enjoy in-room dining and other facilities as well.
This hotel is very close to the station, all your basic needs are met in a proper manner, Wi-Fi, food, AC, etc. are available here, and the rates of this hotel are also very reasonable. The staff is also very helpful.
I had one of the best stays in this hotel with my family. Everything is good but the staff is great. Makes you feel like family. Would highly recommend

The breakfast is good (that's the only meal we had since we were visiting a friend for his wedding). The tea is good, masala tea with strong cardamom flavour. A small, thoughtful and convenient thing they have done is, kept a pair of rubber slippers / flip flops for the guests to walk around. They are size 7. It's a size that will fit everyone. I have shoe size 10! The water heaters need repair in some rooms though. Thank you!
I have come from Surat to attend my friend's wedding. I was given warm welcome by Ajay Verma @ front desk. Room is neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and hygienic. Geyser available for hot water, Sleeper provided. Breakfast included and it's tasty.
We were very content with our stay here. The location is very close to Jammu railway station and hence is very convenient. The staff is very courteous and ready to help. The manager was very polite to us and guided us well about places we can visit in Jammu, and local food we can try. The rooms and the washrooms also were very clean and well-maintained with excellent service. Overall very good experience, will surely stay here when we visit Jammu again.
