I have purchased my most of sports gears from decathlon. Even if the sports gears are expensive here the quality is good.
But mountain sports staffs don't have much knowledge of the products. I wanted to buy waterproof trekking shoe but the staff tried to sell me only expensive shoes available there even if that shoe wasn't suitable for monsoon.
Other than this I had good experience here. Their after sale service is also good

Thanku to the company decathlon...were i wanted to gift one pair of skates for my best friends son ...could not really do it in Mumbai ...then once my friend reached manglore both the decathlon staff from rcity Mumbai branch and shashwita from manglore branch were kind enough to guide, coordinate , send photos and help me finish my purchase and reach it to my friend ...I am really grateful ...thankyou once again
It's the ultimate place for every sports and adventure enthusiast to visit,the range of equipments they have is just too good. There's value for money and the products just give the best feeling. They even conduct various sports events with such ease,love the way do it.
Horrible experience, they don't even care for customers. I went to purchase a bicycle, and travelled more than 100+km to purchase it here. Waited for more than 20 mins in the bicycle section. Nobody cared to address my queries/assist. Also complained in the cash counter, the guy who was supposed to assist me was right before me and not even interested in addressing me. He was busy in his own world. How come they do this to customers even after complaining. Please train your employees on how to interact with customers. I had a very good impression on decathlon now I am dissatisfied.
Its a one stop shop for all the Sporting goods and accessories like cycle, shoes, jackets.

Staffs were good, helped to pick up better things..
Accessories for Treaking, swimming, cycling and various sports available..
Quality is worth the price..
Everything is systematically arranged in the store..

I wanted to try multiple things, security let me take 5 at a time, then I returned 3 and asked for rest so I can try with those track pants and tee-shirt, but security was rude and Their manager didn't have anything to say. Need to make some changes, nonsense service. Not worth going and shopping, better shop at sketchers and others
