We had an amazing experience in Kerela. We are a senior citizen couple and Julie Madam was able to curate some good properties and places for us. We also got our Jain food. The driver and his car was both very good. Thank you for the overall experience.

This was the second awesome trip (Vagamon-Alleppey-Guruvayur) with Julie and DDH Hospitality. This time it was little bit trouble with driver but however Julie cleverly managed him for sometime and changed driver as per our request. The resorts /hotels that were booked at every place were very good with most friendly staff and exceptional hospitality. I would look forward for my next trip with you as always. It wa a wonderful experience and lifetime experience! Julie, our travel agent planned the trip so well. The trip covered Isha in Coimbatore, Munnar & Alleppey in Kerala, Ooty and Athirappilly Falls in Tamil Nadu. Excellent weather in October and the whole plan went so smoothly. The views are mind blowing and it's so nice to connect with nature.The marshal arts show and Wonder Valley adventure park and the hotel in Munnar were great fun for the kids.Very memorable experience!

Kerala trip itself excellent planning done by DDH hospitality good hotel good car and driver provided little language problem with driver .hotel coffee route little problem. The room was good but the restaurant was not good. *And most of all thanks to Julie ji*

This time trip was very worst arranged by DDH team member. Can you explain about your trip? Wht happened? Trip was arranged by Julie, for 5 nights and 6days, after arrival Airports driver not come on time, 1hr late, before travel I informed driver and Julie. but come late driver said I got confirmation trip by 5 Pm only. Cochin to Guruvayure Hotel 3hrs trvel she said 1.30hr after rich hotel they said not booked in your name, I wait 45 minutes, mid nights 1.30 with family sittingin reception, after some discussion they give room was not good wash room no lock smell etc... morning I informed all the issues she not worried, but she asking me to pay package balance payments very hardly. same time I paid balance amount and she told me to pay Hotel room rent in Guruvayure I paid excess amount. Rs.2,500 morning vacated and moved to 2 Vagamon 6. 30 hrs travel but she said 3hrs, in Hotel Buffet only, not as per my choice i informed Julie she talked hotel person than she siad as per your choice, after that they said it will take minimum 2.30.hrs for separate order than i don't have any choice i went buffet for 2 times dinner for 4 person Rs.3,500, breakfast not good, heater was not working I informed hotel person no action, no cleaning etc... morning vacated moved to Alapzy 4.30 travel. she booked Honeymoon couple room in bote house, we are 4 person my family, bote house person said this Honeymoon couple only you can't stay 4 person, I told we can manage and stayed, bote house very worst cooking food, not cleaning not proper answer and reply from them. morning vacated and travel to Cochin 4.30 travel, rich hotel they said which Julie booked room you can't stay 4 person will upgrade you have to pay Rs.500 more than I paid from my side exta and stay. she said Driver cum guide, but he not Speak much with us, not explain anything in the spot, his age I think 50 + I paid him Rs.1,000/- as human beings for food etc. Totally I not happy which she arranged trip this time. I explained everything before package after i confirmed. I said I will pay extra some amt but trip to be good, but she not did anything. toomuch travelling time one spot to another spot. drive telling all Opposite direction every locations to travel that's y toomuch travel time. i checked with the person, every hotel booked last movement and diver arranged 3hrs before. your team members should call every day end and ask trip details, she never call. which I paid excess amt I got refund after complet the trip 8th day. after complet the trip she not answer my call more than 7days simply saying my mobile repair. Kindly inform your team members how to handle customer and reply. Thanks

We had a great trip to Kerala thanks to Julie and her team !! Julie was very prompt with all her communications and planning of the trip. Our driver Manoj was excellent throughout the trip with his driving, communication and guidance on the literary. Julie gave use good choice and recommendations on hotels. The only issue we had in this he trip was with our houseboat services, we ended up spending couple of hours to get things in order. But overall, we had a memorable trip to Kerala. We will definitely reach out to Julie for our future Kerala trip requirements.
