This place is actually good for investment but you're not good for living just because of infrastructure is fine but the raw material of the building which is built by the Builder it is not exactly that much fine quality as much they are asking for money if you want to live over here it is the best place but you have to maintain the property you are hiring because it is near to Jim Corbett National Park which is good to visit once in a week and you can have the fresh air near about also the greenery near about this area is very fine but in rainy season the area will be flooded for two three days overall experience is good

The place is residential colony. Away from the hustle and bustle of city, here you can find solitude of nature among it's parks and roadside greenery. The place is worth living.
