Good rooms and service

Great facilities, great view, great location, great staff! We just loved staying here. Great value for money. Close to bus station, close to the market, close to different temples yet still quite. Balcony view from third floor is beautiful. The staff was happy to answer any questions we had and also enjoyed some casual chat. Mattress was comfortable. Best sleep. I recommend staying here.

Neatly maintained. Good Service & budget friendly. 4-5 people can easily stay in a double bed room. There is a Wine shop/Beverages nearby (under 500mtrs).. Cheers!

Staff really helpful, Mutthi helped us get food at 10 in the night and waited for more than half an hour. Great view, great services and adorable rooms ..

Stayed here for 2times when visited munnar. Really a great place to stay. Rooms are also clean and room service people are also very kind and cooperative.

Visiting munnar was my first scenic tour . And David's residency was awesome. Located in the heart of munnar town, this was easily accessible to all the other sight seeing places around the town. View from the hotel is just extra ordinary

Had a good stay. No attached restaurant available. But lot of eateries around in walk-able distance. Very close to the bus stand.
