The place is absolutely fantastic. Everything is top-notch. The service is great, Food is fantastic and tasty. Service is great, and cost is on the line. Not too costly, for the kind of feel they give. I would give food 1/2 Service Environment Overall it was a wonderful experience, if you are around the Batamaloo area of Srinagar, this place is highly recommended.

We ordered handi chicken, gravy was tasty but chicken was raw and not at all good.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and hygienic, co-operative staff, breakfast and dinner was extremely excellent and they served us per our demand with love over all they treated us as we there guest's (Mehmaan)
