PS : fixed After sale support is trash I bought an office chair here, its height adjustable hydraulic gas leaked after a few months and it started to sink automatically randomly I did complained three times and they're calling from multiple store locations but no one visits home to check or replace the hydraulic. It costs around 500 or class IV 800 RS approx which will hardly take half hr to change for beginners which I've ordered on Amazon. Maybe I'll try to fix it. If you want good after sale support don't buy any product from them. I bought multiple products here worth around 2L and they say I am a good customer but they can't resolve simple issue. The chair is in warranty now, after a few months when it is out of warranty they will say services charge may apply then they may visit or may be not.

They must have lost of products available to customers online. Everytime Inquiry is made, staff has to search amd no response or delayed response. Anyways, its good shop to but electronics
