I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Dandeli Kali Jungle Stay and I must say, it was an incredible experience. Located amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the mesmerizing sounds of nature, this home stay offers a truly unique and authentic experience. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The design and decor of the place perfectly complemented the natural surroundings, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. What makes Dandeli Kali Jungle Stay truly special is the unparalleled access to nature. From the moment you step outside, you are greeted by an enchanting jungle that is teeming with life. The host Mr Rahul Bavaji took us on an amazing guided tour through the jungle, where we were able to spot various species of birds, animals, and plants. It was truly a remarkable experience to be so close to nature. The meals provided at the home stay were absolutely delicious and made with fresh, local ingredients. We were able to sample traditional dishes that were bursting with flavors, giving us a true taste of the local cuisine. The host Mr. Rahul were warm and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. Furthermore, the location of the Dandeli Kali Jungle Stay is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. There are numerous hiking trails and nature walks in the vicinity, allowing visitors to explore the surrounding landscape at their own pace. The host also organized various activities such as bird watching, Kali River watersports and night safaris, ensuring that guests have a truly memorable experience. It was a pleasure knowing Rahul, the host of this wonderful homestay. His passion and interest in wildlife left a mark on all of us. We travelled as a group of 10 and he was a very good host, which is not easy to do, considering we were staying in the middle of the forest. Rahul's knowledge about wildlife and his empathy was infectious. The homestay was clean, food was delicious and the ambience was calm. Rahul made us feel very comfortable and excited about the forest and Dandeli. I look forward to visiting again :)

From the time I was a child I have been traveling to forests. First wiith Baba and Ma and then with partners and friends. And I can say with no hesitation that this Dandeli Kali Jungle Stay is one of the most beautiful and magical forest experiences I have ever had. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff happy and helpful, and food delicious - what makes this place come alive is the care and concern with which Rahul and Roshan nurture their relationships with the forest as well as their guests. You feel strongly that you are rooted here as this is not a place that has come up just for tourism. Its key interest is in creating forest friendly, eco conscious responsible travel and cohabitation. I really loved my silent early mornings and not so quiet late nights here. The morning came with fog and dew drops, gently waking the paddy and trees. Lifting its arms the forest stretches ever so gorgeously as you too slowly wake up. The nights are different - mysterious, almost a primeval setting the sounds from the forest take you to the heart of what life could mean in the great ancient open! As I said, absolutely magical and transformative. Thank you Rahul and Roshan for creating this place - a dark green oasis for hearts that yearn from solace from the forest.

This is one of the best home stays I've ever visited. One will get to experience the wildlife at its core. Put up in the tiger reserve forest area of Dandeli, it is surrounded by thick forest & water streams. We got to witness the pug marks of leopard, remains of the tiger kill, elephant marks, and the fur left by bear when it brushed itself against the tree. The owner of this home stay, Rahul sir, is a wildlife photographer and conservationist. He has an immense knowledge on wildlife, and he freely shares it with the guests. The time we spent with him is invaluable. Looking forward to visiting this place sooner again for more fun and adventure!

Where to begin... I never thought I would witness the vibes of jungle very close and it's completely exhilarating experience. The stay is very lovely and the environment surrounding is so serene that it makes you forget all your real life world and your problems and I guess no one would argue with that. The host of the stay Rahul sir is very warm and kind. His radiant personality coupled with brilliant hospitality just makes you feel like you are one among from that place. It's definitely the best all time places I have visited by far.

A beautiful, well-maintained and lively stay. They have dormitory suits. Has clean rooms and breathtaking view from the Jungle stay. They had campfire and great hospitality. The host at the jungle stay was just awesome guy who took offer us a tour of the nearby forest and explained about the animals and birds who reared there. Great place for a weekend staycation! Absolutely peaceful place with amazing jungle vibes and beautiful nature. Uniqueness of this place is it doesn't have any fancy lighting, decorations or anything which will loose it's natural vibe. Apart from the location and food was unexpectedly good. The best part of this stay is the amazing hospitality from Rahul (the owner of the place) now a friend. He was there from the time we entered Dandeli till we left and he ensured that we reach our place safely. He has shared his experiences, knowledge, tips and tricks of jungle life which made our stay more interesting and joyful.
