I've been going there for a while now and I have to say, it's an amazing gym. The facilities are top-notch with a wide variety of equipment for all your fitness needs. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, which is definitely a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you if you have any questions or need guidance. They also offer a great selection of fitness classes, from yoga to high-intensity interval training, so you can mix up your workouts. Another thing I love about Da Fitness is the sense of community. There are plenty of like-minded individuals who are passionate about fitness, so it's a great place to meet new people. It gives u a very good experience to workout and also interact with other people . Helps to grow also helps to our body to maintain the proper posture and gives a healthy diet .

The gym is equipped with great equipment and exercising material but my deep concern regarding the behavior of some of the trainers. I have been a member of your gym for almost 4 months and have generally enjoyed the facilities and the atmosphere. However, I am disappointed to bring the to your attention a recurring issue that has been affecting my experience and that of others.Over the past few months, I have observed and experienced instances of trainers especially mr. Rahul demonstrating a lack of professionalism, being mean-spirited, and unsupportive towards gym members. It is disheartening to witness trainers who are supposed to motivate and guide us on our fitness journeys engaging in behavior that is counterproductive and demoralizing. Specifically, I have heard trainers making derogatory comments about members' appearance and fitness levels. Moreover, I have personally witnessed instances where trainers have openly picked on individuals, which not only damages their self-esteem but also creates a negative environment within the gym. This behavior goes against the principles of inclusivity and respect that should be upheld in any fitness establishment. As a paying member of da fitness, I believe it is important for members to feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey. I urge you to address this issue promptly and take measures to ensure that all trainers adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a positive and encouraging atmosphere for everyone. This could involve providing training to your staff on interpersonal skills, communication, and customer relations. I truly hope that you will take my feedback seriously and consider taking steps to rectify this situation. I believe that by addressing these concerns, da fitness can continue to be a welcoming and motivating space for all its members.

Best gym in shimla. Trainers are very helpful. Machines are well maintained.

DA Fitness is one of the best fitness centre in Shimla. The workout and yoga helped me a lot. During last six months I reduced 7 kg weight, improvement in hair texture and growth and body agility.
