Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dmart Ujjain mall recently. The customer service was shockingly bad. We asked a staff member to fetch water bottles for us, but after wasting 15 minutes waiting, we had to get the bottles ourselves, and they turned out to be loose. We were specifically looking for a crate of bottles, which was not available. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I cannot give more than 1 star for this experience.

By far the most economic and value for money store with wide variety of groceries, eatables and daily use stuff. It's little far for most Ujjainis but still the place is always filled with customers. Avoid going on weekends and holidays, it's too crowded.

Nice ambience, the ventilation is well maintained. It has large number of products. The deals are always good. Good discounts. The popcorn and softy stall is too good. You gotta try it as you leave after shopping, it's at the exit. The staff is good. It opens at 10:00am and closes at 10:00pm. Parking space is a bit problem, need a bigger parking space.

Mainly public goes D Mart with family and specially children like popcorn but most of the time staff replied product is not available or low staff reason.thstswhy my feedback is poor for service.

It is the only SuperMart that I could find near me. It has all the necessary items that one may need and at a great price. The only place where this Dmart falls short is that they do not keep the softdrinks, juices etc... In a refrigerator instead these are placed on tables and floors for display and you cannot get a "colddrink" directly. Usually only one to three billing stations are active at a time.

Good place for daily essentails, nd prices are always cheaper in comparison to market, budget friendly and mostly all the products of daily needs available here
