Total Fraud store. I have purchased for a product worth more than 1k INR and they have sent totally damaged product with horrible packaging. When requested for a replacement, they just came up with an excuse that they won't accept the request as the inbox video is not right. If a customer is complaining then there must be a reason . No customer will complain just like that randomly. Worst experience. Will not recommend at all Stop lying for god's sake. Now, you are bringing false allegations against your client only when the mistake is completely yours by sending damaged product , let me share the delivery date and order no. #102175 on 28/05/23. You are providing support for 1 month? Now from where does this come from. Do you even know which customer I am.. Please do your research and then talk. One of the most 3rd class and fraud service. You even dare to point the finger towards your customer!! Wow!! When Did I ask for a return saying I don't want it. I can provide all the screenshots. Stop lying when you can't come with a justification.

Very very poor logistics and operations. They take forever to deliver products. For a baby milk powder, they took 2 weeks...and that too after escalating multiple times. Poor customer service and they have no visibility and control over their inventory and stock. Really bad!! Would not ever recommend.

Very pathetic service, an item was ordered two weeks back and still not received yet. They have been saying that the item will be arrive in thier stock in 48-72 hrs. It's been more than 240 hrs and still the team is saying the same thing. Asked for order cancellation but they they are not doing it. Update: Finally the order is cancelled after 14 days and got the refund amount. Suggestion for cureka folks, only sell the items if it's in stock else set the expectation in the beginning.
