Its a very good choice for a gym. They have different format that you can choose from. With the liberty to choose from different formats it doesn't gets booring. Also its not like any other conventional gyms with big machines. Trainers are really good and supportive and are always there to advise you, guide you for completion of your goals.
Really nice gym. New, clean & small group workouts with good trainers. Was looking for a place to workout, this is similar to boutique gyms in other major cities around the world. And Manvi was a good host helping me out and showing me everything to make me feel comfortable as a first timer here :)
A very different sort of workout experience can be gained here. There is no provision of doing things your way. You have fixed class schedule and a fixed workout routine that you need to follow. No late entries allowed. A lot of people will not like the way things are here and cult is not meant for them. People like me will definitely love it here and let go of any other gyms. Schedule have to be followed here.
