Main motive to visit Cult Fit, and primarily the Saket branch is to do boxing, Burn workouts - for which the trainer for both of them is Surendra Rautela. You understand the exercise position well, helping to engage the targeted body part perfectly.
If you know the concept of cult - It's basically a trainer continuously for 50 mins trying to perform infront of 20-30 people and all are just to repeat the exercise. Considering that concept.. saket branch has just this classes concept and area for conducting 2 different classes at once. Other that this, this does not have a gym with exercise machines.. it has weights and provision to have body weight training and open space exercise.
Never been to center like cult saket, so clean, everything was so organised, awesome workout schedule... Keep it up saket team.
