Place is well maintained. They have two floors, one for boxing and HIIT and other for dance fitness and yoga. There are lockers for keeping bags and washrooms are well maintained.
Only con is there is poor ventilation and it can get really warm and stuffy. Apart from that the classes are awesome. Dance fitness is especially useful in losing weight as well as gaining endurance. The classes are 50mins long.
Gym equipment is of good quality. The trainers are knowledgeable and give tips to improve form.
Cult manyata is amazing.. top equipment and great environment... Especially Manager and trainers are very friendly and well behaviour.. cult fit has been nothing short of fantastic.... I would like to start this review with the cult for providing such valuable group classes. About cult manyata,one of the best centres ever in banglore guarded by polite and calm managers. Taking this opportunity to convey my special thanks to Mr.Surendar(DF trainer),who was excellent in the on and off stage. No words to express his presence of mind and the way he treats all members. He gives equal importance to all the members and motivates them to do their best. Cult nagavara is the only centre we can enjoy all our workout sessions with fun and joy. Dance at cult manyata is like heaven on earth.
