Well train instructors, various types of fitness workouts and exercises, very clean place, good motivational place and most important part is it's surely different the general gym.

In Dance sessions it would be much better if management should give regional language songs instead only Hindi n English

Good Trainers and big place for work out. They maintain hygine by sanitizing after ever work out sessions.

Excellent location with good parking space, trainers are professional with good observations on begginner . Most of the morning slots are full facilities are available like lockers and washrooms for both ladies and gentlemen. The floors are cleaned after every work out.

Great Place for workout. Good team workouts. Dance fitness and Prowl is filled with intense energy. Trainers are very punctual and professional.Very good infrastructure. The variation in mobility and main work out is very good. I always enjoyed the session.

They don't have any sign on how to reach 4th floor. I've roamed around all building as there are no signs to find out the gym and reached gym 7minutes late. The guy there didn't even allow me. If they're so serious about timings, they should've taken same care on making gym easily reachable. Elevator are another horror story altogether.
