This center used to be good back in the days when they just had group classes at the top floor. Now, they try to cram as many people in the smallest space possible. Used to work out at the Marathahalli ORR center and I dearly miss it, this is just horrible in comparison.
The group classes floor has too many slots adjacent to each other. And to make matters worse, they don't use the AC well.
The gym is laid out in the worst possible manner. All the weights and benches are situated in a very small area making it near impossible to even do basic workouts even if there are not many people in the gym.
Very friendly trainers and a comfortable environment. The workout sessions are well planned and not at all hectic, so they allow you enough energy for the remaining tasks of your day
Claustrophobic place, gym laid in a very small place making it very difficult to workout. They don't even use AC, It was better earlier but after opening the gym on the top floor they have made it worse. Btm or Indiranagar branch is way better than this one.
Definitely one of the better cult centers. You can ask the guard at the entrance to guide you (the small entrance on the right of the parking lot is the one).
The second floor is for Yoga and Burn sessions, third floor for dance, and fourth for strength and conditioning.
The men's changing room and washroom is on the second floor, women's on the third. (Not sure if they have one on the fourth floor too)
This gym is the most unpleasant I've ever experienced. It's incredibly cramped, and the lack of air conditioning makes it feel suffocating.
