This is a nice enough gym, with group classes (various exercise formats - dance, muscle building, conditioning, yoga) on the top floor and a gym (spinning classes too) spread over four floors. This last bit makes it a little awkward to (for example) superset or move between equipment you want to use, but one can get used to it. Some opportunities for improvement - the 'check-in' scanner wasn't working the day I visited, water isn't easily available on all floors (best to bring your own bottle, fill up at one floor then carry it around as you do your circuit up and down the various floors), and the locker room is short on elbow room (could also be that the crowd that comes here is not too acquainted with personal space).

Cult richmond road gym atmosphere is very good,management is doing very well,manager syed & rehman and very helpful in all aspects. Last but not least Trainers 'Ravi H' & 'Gururaj naik' are very knowledgeable and very professional towards the members they help every member in a very friendly manner.

Totally worth joining. Sufficient machinery in good shape and condition. Supportive trainers. Clean premises and instruments. Competent Steam and showers too! Crowded in peak hours like most Gyms in good locality. Only problem I've is the mirrors and machine location, half of them are off the sync. Which is due to the building design and floor limitations. Can't correct form on all machines if mirrors are on different angles. Or if only a part of reflection is visible for the machine.

The trainers here are really really awesome, the place is run very smoothly with no inconvenience whatsoever, I'd like to specially mention trainer Guru and Syed the manager for the centre these have helped me a lot through out my progress.. Highly recommended, should join Cult

Awesome gym , very much of equipment are available here and even the coaches are active when it come to training. So on

Management is ego-tripping with the new rule of not wearing shoes to the gym. For years I've been carrying a 2nd pair of shoes to the gym, while placing the 1st inside my bag once i reach the locker room, wearing the gym shoes for floor training. But now you're not allowed to wear shoes at all, slippers are what is suggested? My commute to the gym is via walking, I am not walking in slippers just to accomodate for this asinine rule. And again, I do not wear outside shoes on the training floor, I swap to gym shoes for the same. If they enforce that as a hard rule I would agree. This is overstepping their boundaries by policing what we wear to come to the gym and saying only slippers are allowed while coming. I suggest other customers rethink before joining this gym if they will keep this rule cause I am far from the only demographic affected by this rule, office goers going from office to gym now will obviously be wearing shoes as well, how does this stupid rule accomodate for that? This is a shame cause they have good equipment and facilities and good trainers for new people at the gym. One egotistic management decision ruining it all is horrific. Faced no such issues under the previous center managers

So far no problems, staff, service, ambience, friendliness, cleanesses GREAT.

Crowd is not so good, my crocs got stollen from changing room, Managment took No responsibility
