We recently visited CT Hospital for a non-stress test (NST). The experience was terrible. The equipment was not well-functioning, and the tests were often delayed or failed. On one occasion, I waited for over 2 hours for an NST that was supposed to take 25-30 minutes. The probes were not capturing the readings properly, so the nurse had to perform the test multiple times. On another occasion, the test failed because the equipment was faulty. The nurse tried to use a different machine, but that one didn't work either. I had to wait another hour for a new machine to be brought in. To add to the frustration, the hospital tried to bill me for NST tests that were unsuccessful due to equipment failure. Thankfully, I was able to rectify this issue with the billing department, but the fact that it occurred at all was disturbing. The prolonged and faulty testing process not only caused undue stress for me but also for my pregnant wife. To make matters worse, another disturbing incident occurred with Dr. Deshmukh, a general practitioner as well as a Gynaec. Dr. Deshmukh declined to attend my mother for basic treatment because we were seeing another doctor for my wife's pregnancy care. This level of unprofessional behavior from a medical practitioner is unacceptable. Surprisingly, the hospital has a notice board titled Patient's Right on which it is clearly stated that it is the patient's right to seek a second opinion. I believe this is merely for show, and the doctors themselves do not r respect the patient's rights. I hope that the management of CT Hospital will take my feedback seriously and make some changes to improve the NST services and overall staff behavior.

It was a very great experience having delivery in CT nursing home. Dr Deshmukh is one of the best doctor I have ever met. It was my first pregnancy and entire pregnancy period went very smooth and fearless with the help of dr Deshmukh. Entire hospital staff and facilities are very good. Insurance department also very well co operated. Highly recommended!

I visited hospital out of emergency and it was near to location. During stay you will feel you became their source of income not concerned about implications. No trained nurse, they just doing chit chat and time pass. Horrible part, when you see the bill and compare the treatment you received.

All over service is good. Staff is cooperative and caring. Dr.deshmukh is very good doctor. CT nursing home is all in one hospital for mother and baby.
