Loved our stay of 7 days. The Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Every staff member was courteous. There was no expectation of tips. Majority were delighted to serve. It was heartening to see numerous folks on the job who were non-verbal. It never reduced the quality of service. They were well placed in jobs where it didn't matter. Kudos to the management. Con: They didn't get 20 Celsius which in a crowded lobby could become warm for non-Indians.

Luxury 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Food here is tasty. There's so much variety for you to choose from. Infrastructure is really beautiful and something to look at. People welcome you open-heartedly. They keep greeting you again n again. Room service is good too. People are very polite and very considerate of their customers
All started with great welcome cake . Taste was awesome . But few things didn't expected which happened in this 5 star property :- 1) water leakage from bathroom that spill upto room .2) No proper AC cooling . 3) Dinner items were not fresh / tasty , was expecting a far better dinner experience. But Breakfast was fresh / tasty. From juice to South Indian food was great . North Indian cuisine were also great too. Icings on cake was Firni. Amazing in taste . Below expectations room experience.
