Crown Plaza Residency Srinagar - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

This is absolutely a very nice place to make your stay extremely wonderful and pleasant, food quality is awesome , service provided by the staff especially house keeping manager is what need to highly appreciate. Moreover, there is also a very nice shopping arcade where you can get the best quality clothes. I recommend this hotel to all and feel what I felt personally. Keeping rocking guys.

First thing first, this is not 'Crown Plaza', its clown plaza.. People doesnt have ethics to run the operations. - We hardly stayed for 8 hours and made our life tougher. - Linens are terribly bad, Bathroom has 1 rs shampoo packets and 5 rs soaps. We can literally see the previous guest used soaps in the wash rooms., - It doesnt have air condition, doesnt have proper ventilation, washroom exhaust doesnt work. - It doesnt have lift, if you are carrying with bags and children, be prepared to burn calories. - Breakfast starts at 8am, where most of the guests leaves well before. - Reception is terribly bad, they requested for my Aadhar and i have given to them, they told to take photocopy and give me the card which they havent. Unfortunately even i forgotten while checking out the hotel. I realised the issue in Airport and called them, they said they will courier, they havent done. After persistent calls for more than 15 times, they said i have to pay 300 rs courier, i said okay even for this because doesnt want to loose my aadhar in J&K. He sent the courier and called me to send another 100 if i want the tracking number. Never experienced this kind of service. Attn: Owner of Crown plaza, please be visilent on your staff, guests are finding very tough time. Not sure what kind of control you have on the operations. Overall experience : Zero. Pros: Budget friendly, middle of the down town. Cons: Everything especially service staff. Guest from south.

The hotel location is a good Deluxe Rooms are nice but without AC bathroom is big with all amenities service is fast The only issue is about food which is not good. if they improve food quality then the hotel is very good

Most worthless hotel in my Kashmir trip. This hotel was my last hotel in my kashmir trip. 1) I transfer my own luggage from car to room no one even tried to help. 2) Hotel receptionist just gave me my room key and didn't even introduce me to my room they just say that your room is at first floor that's all. 3) Blanks and other stuff was very dirty and when ask to replace them they just fold and give me same stuff again. 4) I ordered coffee and they gave without sugar and when i asked there is no sugar they say your room has sugar pouch use them. 5) when i was about to check out they tried to add another costumer bill on me. After all that look at the samless worker asking tip from me. I recommend all of your there are many good hotels out there don't book this one.for your own good.

PATHETIC STAY with worst room service in such cold weather, no hot water no geaser working, no good breakfast option , unhygenic bedsheeats , cutleries.. and so much more..! Not recommended ..!

Service was very good, professional staff, good cleaning. Hotel Staff Javed helped with all possible needs.

Encountered hair in dinner chapati twice, frequent power outages (10 times), and no room cleaning despite informing reception from morning to night.

The hotel has the finnest service in the whole jammu and kashmir, the whole staff is so cooperative, knows how to respect a customer, and tries to serve us the best. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean and tidy .I have had never seen such a service till now.
