Great place to start your CrossFit journey under two amazing and professional coaches Geetika and Mayur. The environment in the CrossFit box is very positive and the fellow members are always encouraging one another.
It has been 9 months since I have joined CrossFit Yuva. I can confidently say that I am seeing the difference. The instructors , Mayur and Geethika , have really pushed me to improve my strength and stamina.

CrossfitYuva is one of the best Zumba and Yoga studio near me. All the instructors are so good and push us to do more. The group classes are amazing as I enjoy my Zumba, Bollywood, Yoga and Pilates sessions here.

It's been more than a month buzzing & hanging out in CrossFit Yuva. Really appreciate & kudos to the trainers, the importance they give to "Technique & form" while asking to perform the workouts. It's a very carefully designed & very well planned workouts!. They made me surprise with my own strengthens & face my physical weakness in really such short span. The Trainers are absolutely calm & focused on everyone equally, which I believe is a good trait. Experiencing your own body weight to bring in transformation within self is a different fun & exciting change all together!, Thank you for creating such an Awesome place & bringing people together !
You don't need to push yourself to come to this place everyday, you rather look forward for the next day. Everyday is different and group exercise is a motivating factor. Coach Mayur and Geetika are very supportive and knowledgeable people. Just show up to this place everyday and you will see results very quickly. Its just not a gym, its a community of healthy people.
One of the best fitness box in around 10km Radius. The sessions are really funtastic, dynamic and spirited !! To any fitness centre / gym, the trainers play a imperative role. The Trainers are simply the best and very professional. They take care of you very well during the workouts.
Overall it's the amazing and worth every penny!
