No value of their words. After sales service is ridiculous. This is particularly for CROCS Bistupur. Purchased two items. Both showed defects within a week usage. But no accountability from the store manager for the same.
Take it as a FREE ADVICE. Buy crocs from other shop but not this, the staffs are just "CHAPRI" including the manager.
Decent stock of footwares, great customers service and good after sale service. I am saying this because I have got an issue with my pair of crocs which is just a month old whose pasting worn off and I was disappointed with the product. Because crocs are expensive but after sale service went well and they even try to get a new pair for me but the company refused to give a new pair but they assured me that this time you will not face any issue otherwise they will look for an alternative method for replacement.
