Room service is equal to none. Room are ok, passable for the night stay. Restaurant service is also available, food is great, breakfast availability is not there. It's approx 16-17 km, 35 mins drive away from airport depending on traffic.
I like this hotel because it in the main road very easily we can address where we are to cab and auto drivers and breakfast they are providing but in some hotels they give mini tiffin like 1 idli ,1 mini masala dosa,1vada ,a small cup of Pongal and a small cup of kesari .if I write anything wrong please me it my suggestion
Neat rooms with decent breakfast provided from nearby restaurant. Lunch and Dinner their own restaurant will function and taste is excellent .

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Rude staff behavior, when we reported the matter to manager on duty he too behaved rudely and refused to acknowledge his staff bad behavior. Water in taps is purposefully reduced to 25% as they use water tankers. Takes ages to wash hands and take bath. Toilet commode seat was broken, bathroom door latch never worked. Had to fill water in a bucket and use it as door stopper from inside. Even after multiple reminders no action was taken. We could clearly see they were least bothered. Requested for extra bed which came in a pathetic condition. Since we paid full amount in advance, we had no option but to continue there. They have a non veg hotel in ground floor which is their main income so least concerned about rooms. I strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel. Usually can find much better hotels in that price range.
Worst customer service,staff behavior is very bad and rude.worst hotel ever.there is wine shop nearby and drunk people all over.
Very clean bed spreads, pillows, blankets and towels. All channels working on TV. Non-veg hotel next door for convenience, although staff don't mind if you order vegetarian food from outside. Staff very compliant and friendly. I requested a change of room twice because of need to study for exams and it was complied with. Air conditioning and 24 hr hot water supply. Sparkly clean toilet n bathroom. Very good maintenance.
