Icecream was very tasty . Only suggestion is you need to have someone who knows all the names of the products and up sell behind the counter . Would be good if someone local and who knows a bit English and telugu too .I believe The main person who attracts sales and customers should be an active person The other staff are good , their coordination is great . They made the ice cream nicely in no time

We've finished our lunch and was craving for the dessert. So the obvious place that came into our mind was cream stone. Ordered fruit exotica and nutella brownie. Known flavours but the nuts smelled little bit different, like they've been stored for too long kind of smell which was not good. And the nutella brownie was also not upto the mark, this could be because the way they made it. Overall dissapointed and not up to the cream stone standards.

Worst behaviour with customers . Serving already ready ice cream which was kept in fridge . And no respect towards customer. These two guys don't know how to handle customers asking them to wait for 30min worst experience ever

Tried red velvet, dry fruit delight and chocoholics. Tasted delightful. This place never disappoints!

I had Brownie break, made with vanilla ice cream, brownie and chocolate sauce, surrounding by hard waffle. Very good. Ice cream is bit more liquid than usual because they match it with all ingredients.

Cream stone is one of the best icecream brand. Awesome taste and Flavours. Commonly flavour i prefer for anyone is nuts overload. Icecreams are quite expensive but what to do taste too matters. Cons- now-a- days quantity of icecream for the order is reduced. Home delivery is slow. Suggestion- Do work on rates.

Tags Cream by Concept, and definitely for sure it is so. By Diet, for Kids, by Flavors etc. Had Caramel nuts, from Simple Flavors, good in taste.
