Nice club in Chandigarh | staff was friendly | ambience great

Amazing and safest place to hangout and the staff is too cooperative. Delicious food served early is the best part of it. How can we forget DJ Hell who fulfills everyone's demand by placing rocking mucking.

Best night club of tricity, great atmosphere, awesome crowd, delicious food and u will surely get everything which u are looking for in a club. Must Visit guys.

Food is okay okay but staff is very rude they charged too much. Very unprofessional. Don't visit here. They don't know how to deal with customers

I liked the service. Staff was good. Only thing which I didn't like was that I requested for a song to play might be only for 30 sec to 1 min (not even ti play the whole song). The guy over there didn't even asked the DJ if they can play the song or not. He staright away said no that they won't play this song. I believe that If he will ask the guy he would have played the song but he didn't even bothered to ask the DJ and straightaway said no which was awkward for me It spoiled my mood because I saw they they were playing the songs clients were requesting . I don't know because it was not a big deal to play something for 1 min for the regular customer ( I went there first time but my brother and his friends are regular there, they usually go there every or alternate weekend). I asked the manager after our billing if this is something which is not in their policy to play the requested songs. He said that they can play the song now. I don't know what was the problem to play that at first place. It might be there job to say no to requested but then say no to everyone not to just few customers. I didn't like this. I find that the customer service over these things were not really great. People go there to enjoy and fun. And It definitely spoiled my whole mood of that environment. I won't go there again as I said it was my first time there and First impression is the last impression. I'm definitely little upset but I'm also not a person who just post reviews like this until I felt so. I know it might not be a big deal for a business or for a lot of customers but I felt it as it spoiled my mood for the whole night. P.s. the band was amazing, the singer, both guitarist, the playback singer, the drum guy, everyone was amazing. Also, I didn't even request to play for any sad song or any other song on which people don't even can dance. It was a fully dancing and cheering song and I don't know what was the problem.
