Ambience is excellent. Rooms are spacious, food quality is very good. Buffet breakfast has lots of variety and the Paprika restaurant has good seating capacity. There's no separate number for room service and you have to call front desk number. On one occasion I found an item ordered through room service was short. However this was rectified later. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Overall we had a good stay.

Stayed in this hotel on 22 Nov and it was a decent stay. Have ordered Thai cuisine for dinner, Service was bit delayed but I am very satisfied with the quality of food and hospitality from the staff. Next day complimentary continental breakfast with variety of options.

Experience with Hotel nternational. Recently I stayed there for three days but the services provided by the hotel's staff may be it is laundary, dining or other things was incredibly very awesome. The service was above my expectations and they fulfilled every needs of our especially took a great care of my baby. Really homely feeling outside home. Highly recommended. Do visit once you would love to visit again and again.

Lived to it's name!! Even though our stay was short, thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were professional and courteous. Got help when ever there was a need. Food was magnificent. They had neatly arranged the breakfast platter and the separation of vegetation food from non vegetarian food is much appreciated. I was able to convince my parents to eat!!!

Whether it was assisting with my inquiries, providing local recommendations, or promptly addressing any requests, the staff's dedication to customer service was truly commendable. The hotel's amenities were also impressive. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day. The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine while away from home. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. 5 star service! Great hotel located in the heart of the city. Stayed here for 2 days along with my 10 month old baby. And I should say that this was very convenient because of their service. We didn't have to worry about the baby's food was provided as complimentary (customized for the baby). Purpose was for the US Visa interview. They can arrange the cab for biometrics & US consulate.

The reception manager has charged me 3000rs extra for 2 days of stay. I was there for business purpose. While leaving the hotel I asked them to refund the balance but they told that the amount of 3000 will refund on your card within 3-4 business day. Since then it has been 5-6 months I did not received the amount. And the manager who gave me his contact is also not responding me on Phone or Emails. Hotel rooms and food is good but the service and the reception manager is not professional enough for his duty.

Marriott Chennai had everything going right, yet there was something which didn't feel quite right. To start with no one picks up on the phone numbers given on the website. Had to fish out old mail to ask for a reservation. The room was quite comfortable. Food was average i would say. Nothing wrong but nothing mouth watering as well. Support staff was nice. Appreciation for Sumit Mitra at the front desk. Their fitness centre was good. They could use a swimming pool though. Overall a decent stay. Yet it wasn't the same Marriott that i have stayed with on a number of occasions.
