One of the best locations in pondicherry. The rooms are clean, the service was very good. I ve been coming here since 2018, and it has always been maintained well. The sea facing rooms give a gorgeous view for its affordable price . Mr. Abdul was very courteous and helpful for our requests.
Other than the location there's absolutely nothing even close to average about this place.
So, of you're not very bothered about the room and only want a great location, then go for this.
The worst - their parking! Although they have a very spacious parking lot, bikes are literally jammed next to each other and use the space between the cars to get to their spots. A dent along with a scratch on the left passenger door was the sight that greeted me at my check out.
The locals are very good at pretending as if it ain't their fault. And when asked for the cctv footage, the camera ain't working apparently. The worst was that the parking space isn't the hotel's property and has been rented.
Thought the manager's arrival would be helpful. But, all he does is come, look at the damage, act all serious and disappointed while telling us that the parking spot's owner is on leave. No refunds, no cctv footage checks, and zero customer service.
One of the most unforgettable trips of my life indeed. But for all the wrong reasons. And just so you know, my car is just 2 months old and it hurts when the mistake isn't yours'.
The best part of the hotel is the location and the view and that's about it. It disappointingly did not have room service and the breakfast served was really basic. The toilets weren't the best maintained but the staff were extremely helpful.
The room was small, dirty, dusty and suffocating. When told the same to manager he argued its clean! And the complimentary breakfast was a joke!!! The helper keeps expecting you to tip him! Not suited for family. This place looks good only in their website. See it for your yourself!!!
Very scenic, well maintained, hygienic, awesome view straight infront of beach, full sea facing, very tasty Indian and continental food, staff and reception are extremely caring for the guests. Trip well spent
Location is the key here. The beach is at the door step. We went to the beach multiple times. Parking is 300metres away since the beach road is no vehicle zone. The staff were friendly. We stayed in a non-sea facing room. But there are two sea facing rooms available as options as well with breakfast included. Breakfast options were South Indian and English. There is a live stall for dosai and omelette, fresh and hot. Breakfast roof top is also a one heck of a view. The room is compact (for the price).
Nice place to stay and location is just awesome if your ready to spend some money then i would recommend you go for the Sea view rooms. The staff is cooperative and the hotel also have the parking available just that it's about 400-500 mts from the hotel. The breakfast served was good and they have pretty good options.
We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
The property is beautiful with a chique look. The interiors are a urban and upbeat with colours that are palatable to the eyes and we'll coordinated.
