It's been a year since I joined the class. I have had a lot of progress in my physique & eating habits. Thanks to Sandhiya. Apart from yoga, she also conducts meditation. It has helped me in many ways. She is also very beginner friendly. Her teaching methods suits all levels. I would definitely recommend her class.

I joined cosmic yoga 3 months back and it has been a wonderful journey. Sandhiya mam provides wonderful sessions .She gives exclusive attention to each and every person and guides us. Doing yoga has brought a overall improvement in my lifestyle.

Mrs Sandhiya is an excellent yoga trainer.. every single person in the batch was given individual attention and was explained not only poses, but name of asanas with benefits. Specific asanas according to ailments were thought.. Very accommodative, Incase I miss my class, I was allowed to join other batches..
