I have been to Cosmic Yoga for sometime and took personal training. There's a chief instructor and a few supporting instructors. I enjoyed going to the place. One benefit that I have observed after enrolling in the session is that my neck pain has vanished, along with muscle cramps. It is a well maintained place. I felt at home while doing the program. The chief instructor takes feedback seriously, she quickly changed the program rigor whenever I provided the feedback. More importantly, she is very accommodative. She readily rescheduled a few classes that I had missed. During our interactions and her behavior over time, I felt that she was really interested in making people learn and practice yoga, than other things. The supporting instructors are also awesome. I wish everyone there, the best.
