I regreted myself after showing my acnes to a doctor like this. Thought doctors of Shillong would be more better than Tripura and that was literally a huge mistake. At first my acnes were normal and then the doctor and the staff recommended me to do chemical peeling. I have no knowledge about chemical peelings. (Once you do chemical peeling it is to be done for weekly 1-2 times) and they only did me once knowing I'm a patient from tripura and it is literally not possible for me to do chemical peelings and that turned my acnes into GRADE4 (the highest acnes) and was traumatized for my extreme acnes. After 10days I went ot visit again, complaining about my acnes and the doctor was telling me that 'it is NORMAL'. Having GRADE4 acnes seems normal to you? He is really good, a very professional doc who knows his work very well, I've had herpes zoster and got cured by his medicine of 7 days. Highly recommended he is really good and knows his work really well, and examine and prescribed accordingly. Very few in Shillong where I'll give a 5 star.

No doubt Dr. Binod Sir is one of the eminent qualified dermatologist based in Shillong. I have undergone hair transplantation here and the result is quite satisfactory after 5 months. Since I came to shillong because of my sensitive skin type i have been suffering from extreme pimple and acne scar.... Which always headed me to be uncomfortable among others.Back then I was searching for a dermatologist here at shillong in google where I go through all the reviews of the people and it really catch my eye and on the very next day I went to the cosmic dermatologist and hair transplant... After my first appointment I didn't saw any visible changes on my skin for about 2-3 month...but I didn't gave up.... I've kept taking medicines regularly as per doctor's advice and after 6 month I noticed that the amount of acne that I have had earlier was far more than my skin after 6 month....Now it's going to be 10 month and my skin is really very healthy and I'm very happy and grateful to you .
