I've been going to Core Fitness Gym in Nagrota Bagwan for a few months now and I have to say it's a fantastic place to work out. They have all the necessary equipment for cardio and weight training and the added bonus of a steam bath. The prices are reasonable and the staff, including the trainers, are knowledgeable and helpful. I especially appreciate being able to buy supplements and protein on site. If you're looking to achieve your fitness goals, I highly recommend giving Core Fitness a try.

Great gym with good machines and equipments and ample space. The trainers here are very professional and up-to-date with the knowledge and skills.The staff is very friendly and helpful. All you need is to be regular and utilize the facilities to fullest.
