I have been going to Contender Gym for the past few months and I am extremely satisfied with my experience there. The equipments are well-maintained and the trainers are exceptional, especially Abin sir. He has helped me achieve my fitness goals and has pushed me to do better every day.

This is a fantastic gym!! the trainer Mr. Abin Raina is super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
