Worst hospital experience. Staff is very rude, got no any communication skills. No any discharge summary bill is given on discharge instead the counter person started yelling on asking for it. The washroom and room was so unhygienic. Even after saying it for several times no one came up for cleaning. It was just a torture. I would not recommend anyone to take treatment from this hospital at all.

The doctor and hospital is very nice but the receptionist of Dr. Vinita Puri has no manner "how to talk with patients family" Also she does not follow the appointment list & Send patients as per her wish or preference. I used to visit Dr. Vinita Puri in the past but now I avoid.
I had the worst experience in this hospital. I went there for vaccination and the total bill came around 6.5k then she talked very politely and next time we opted for the cheaper vaccination and the bill was around 900 and she showed us her real side and didnt talked properly neither did she check my daughter properly. But we gave her another chance since we are new in the city and dont know many doctors and went to her again and to my bad she is the same rude and arrogant.Dr Vinita puri didn't check her properly neither she talked properly. Money minded and absolutely rude Dr Vinita Puri. I wont suggest anyone to go to her. Really pathetic.
