Terrible experience with this unprofessional clinic. After completing all the sessions of hair removal but there is no difference in hair growth, when I claimed this, they told me toarrange free 2 sessions Now these people are making excuses from the last 5 months that they have given the machine for repair My skin is now damaged and looks like darker. What a waste of money and time. Extremly inexperience staff and provide conflicting resolutions to the outcome of the treatment. They lack knowledge to provide advice yet alone doing the treatment. I raised my concern on the 5th or 6th visit as was told it normal (Its been 1.5 years and nothing). Avoid this place like the plague. They're not interested in helping you, the only interest is getting their commission.

I was recommended by my UK and India friends. I have pains in both my knees. I was seen by Krishnaben who was very welcoming and polite. She was very knowledgeable. I was recommended some exercises. I went to the treatment area and was treated by two staff simultaneously. The Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They treated me with due care and respect. They were always very charming. Their smiling faces made me call them Hasmukh and Hasmita, Krishnaben also gave me some treatment. The whole treatment area was very clean and tidy. The treatment gave me some relief and back home I am still continuing the exercises. I would definitely recommend Concept Health to whoever needs any type of treatment. Concept health centre(Dr Krishna Patel)is one of the best centre in ANAND. Staff are very knowledgeable and responsive therapist. My mom had an Lumber Stenosis Problem. Healing injury was just an amazing experienced. She had a lot of trouble in routine life. Doctors told her last option is Operation. But, under the guidance of Dr.Krishna Patel and her staff, she did all the advanced level exercises for about 2 months and in just 2 months her lower back, leg, feet has never felt this good in a long time. Now she is able to return to routine life from her third grade injury. I strongly recommend this center. One of the best place, amazing staff, very helpful, polite and very clean, I recommend to anyone, I would 100% recomend the clinic to any of my friends and family. Just because of good day to day treatment, I am now able to walk by myself easily without pain. I am from North America. I received my 30 sessions of physio treatments through the months of January to March 2023 at Concept Health in Anand (Gujarat). My main issues were -muscle weakness -pain -inflexible/stiff shoulder and knee joint s -compromised functional use of shoulder and knees -mobility I have recovered amazingly. This was made possible by professional, caring , loving support staff and knowledgeable/experienced physio therapist and owner/operator Dr. Krishna Patel.
