It's is BPO sector Company but you can not explain In this HR,

Never ever work in this company. People are Robots here and Seniors are remote which is controlled by clients. In this company systems are from 1967, the performance of desktop in this companies are slower than turtle, and internet is from british era. Here for the customer technical support we need to create case for each and every customer and while creating case call gets disconnect due to some technical issues. Then comes the WFM there expectations are that we should be available for next call in a second and there is the seniors who expect that we should take action on each and every case at appropriate time. Here Clients or Managers Don't have any common sense Because of them one day employee will suicide.
